Following a merger with a competing company, NCS Regulatory Compliance was presented with a host of rebranding challenges to reintroduce themselves to the market, including devising a new, united name and brand, creating a national external brand launch plan, and establishing metrics for tracked results and overall success.
Millennium worked with NCS Regulatory Compliance to devise a new, united name, logo, and brand while preserving the brand integrity and longevity of the two firms, Regulatory Compliance and National Compliance Solutions (NCS). Upon finalization of the logo, Millennium developed talking points for the firm and a creative strategy for the B2B marketplace. Millennium also worked with NCS Regulatory Compliance to conduct a brand audit and determine the collateral materials needed, which included business cards, letterhead, envelopes, PowerPoint template, datasheets, whitepapers, sales presentations, email signatures, and e-blast templates. As part of the rebrand, Millennium designed and developed a modern, highly interactive and informative website for NCS Regulatory Compliance.
