The MEMIC Group is a well-known Workers’ Compensation company based in Maine, that serves the New England, East Coast, and Southern regions of the U.S. They specialize in highly rated polices for Employers of all sizes. MEMIC puts an emphasis on safety, protection, and prevention, and they offer so much more than Workers’ Compensation policies. They offer events, webinars and workshops, educational resources, training programs, and more to ensure that they are bringing the most comprehensive Workers’ Compensation coverage available. MEMIC wanted to improve their lead generation strategies and outreach efforts. They wanted to drive more leads to their Underwriters who handle the contracting and policy management with various agencies. MEMIC wanted to focus on CRM marketing automation with email campaigns that would increase brand awareness and recognition amongst independent insurance agents and boost sales.

The Solution

Millennium Agency was hired to handle multiple CRM marketing automation campaigns with the goal of increasing brand awareness and recognition of MEMIC amongst independent insurance agents and driving more lead opportunities. The Millennium Agency team worked with The MEMIC Group on this project. They met regularly to pinpoint the needs, goals, and deliverables of each email campaign. The Millennium team then worked internally to draft, design, polish, and launch professional and engaging email campaigns that successfully increased brand awareness amongst independent insurance agents and in turn increased sales. Millennium worked to ensure that deliverables and goals were met accurately and on schedule, making  easy and seamless for MEMIC.

The Result

Millennium Agency created, designed, launched, and monitored multiple successful email campaigns, including multi-modal, high-touch campaigns that engaged their target audience from multiple different sides such as customized cookies gift boxes that accompanied a set of email cadences. The Millennium team handled every detail of these campaigns, including the collateral components such as templates and letterheads. Some of the most notable campaigns include state-specific, quarterly Express Campaigns that featured one of their popular policy offerings and all of the benefits and exclusive offerings that policyholders and insurance agents can take advantage of. This campaign was sent to many states including Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Rhode Island, North Carolina, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, and more. These campaigns saw:

  • Open rates over 30% on average
  • Increased website traffic
  • Higher policy sales rates amongst all states
