Turner Group brings more than 35 years of expertise in architecture, engineering, building science, construction management, and high-performance design, serving businesses, municipalities, public agencies, and institutions. However, its brand had not been updated in more than 15 years. Without clear messaging or defined positioning, the brand no longer communicated what set the firm apart or conveyed the value of its integrated model. Turner Group needed a brand and website that could sharpen its competitive position and support its pursuit of local and state contracts.

The Solution

Millennium guided Turner Group through Brand180, its proprietary branding and messaging process. Brand180 follows a sequence of deliberate steps that move a firm from strategy and positioning to a fully realized brand and digital presence. Each phase builds on the one before it, ensuring the creative and website work is grounded in strategic decisions rather than subjective preferences.  The process began with strategic discovery and market analysis. Millennium evaluated Turner Group's market position, audiences, competitive environment, capabilities, and long-term business goals. This work identified the qualities that set the firm apart and established a stronger foundation for how it presents itself.  From that foundation, Millennium developed a differentiated positioning and messaging platform. It included a messaging abstract, unique selling proposition, brand promise, core values, and key talking points. The platform gave Turner Group a clearer, more consistent way to communicate its multidisciplinary expertise, collaborative process, and ability to manage complex projects from planning through completion.  The strategy was then translated into a refreshed brand and experience. Millennium delivered a new visual identity, logo, and brand guidelines, along with updated sales materials and a new website. The site work included information architecture, content strategy, a cohesive visual system, and a responsive build that makes Turner Group's services, expertise, and project portfolio easier to understand.  Because each phase informed the next, the positioning, messaging, visual identity, website, and sales materials now communicate one cohesive strategic story.

The Result

Turner Group emerged with a distinctive brand that better reflects the quality and breadth of its work. The brand also gave the firm's internal teams a shared language. Leadership, business development, and proposal teams now describe Turner Group consistently, drawing on the same messaging platform, value proposition, and talking points. That alignment removes uncertainty from how the firm represents itself, so every proposal, presentation, and client conversation reinforces the same market position.  The new brand differentiates Turner Group within a competitive architecture and engineering market and gives the firm a stronger platform for growth. Turner Group continues to expand its visibility and secure local and state contracts, supported by a brand that communicates its capabilities with greater clarity and confidence.
